PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a universal coupling drain cover capable of always maintaining a high drain ability without being clogged with trash. SOLUTION: There is a universal coupling drain 2 made of a resin which can be connected to a downspout 1, and a cover portion 3 for covering the surface of the universal coupling drain 2 and a linking portion 4 to be linked to the downspout 1 are provided.
