PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building frame and an execution method therefor, which allow the story height and span of a building to be set with a degree of freedom, and enable work to be inexpensively executed in a short construction period. SOLUTION: In the building frame and the execution method therefor, the building frame is composed of: a column base part 6 which is fixed to a foundation 5; a beam-column joint 8; a center-of-column material 7 which is connected to a part between the base part 6 and the joint 8 so as to constitute a column 2; a center-of-column material 9 which is connected to a part between the joints 8 and 8 so as to constitute a girder 3; and a plurality of beams 4 which are connected to parts between center-of-girder materials 9 and 9. Only the base part 6 and the joint 8 are welded in a factory, and the center-of-column material 9 and the center-of-girder materials 9 and 9, serving as rolled materials, are simply cut and perforated, not only so that the story height and span of the building can be set with the degree of freedom but also so that the work can be inexpensively executed in the short construction period.
