PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder resin composition for a baking-type paste which exhibits high viscosity, having a low solid content and has excellent printability, handling workability and baking properties. SOLUTION: The acrylic binder resin composition contains an acrylic polymer (A) having constituents of 60-99.4 mass% alkyl(meth)acrylate (a-1), 0.1-2 mass% compound having at least two radically polymerizable unsaturated double bonds (a-2), 0.5-10 mass% (meth)acrylate containing a hydroxyl group (a-3) and 0-28 mass% other copolymerizable compound (a-4), based on 100 mass% of the total amount of the constituents (a-1)-(a-4).
