PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover which is difficult to identify in darkness even by an infrared scope and a night-vision camera, does not virtually deteriorate visibility from the side the cover is installed, has good appearance, and is easy to attach. SOLUTION: A three-layered vapor deposition film constituted by metal oxide, silver, and metal oxide and a black transparent film are attached on the protecting surface of the cover.
