摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and visually confirm whether the fusion bonding degree due to vibration fusion bonding is well. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole 34 piercing from a joining surface 22 to the back side is bored in an insert member 20, and a first reference surface 30 is provided to the peripheral edge of the opening on the back side of the through-hole 34. A boss 36 capable of being correspondingly inserted into the through-hole 34 is provided to the joining surface 16 of a panel substrate material 12, and a second reference surface 32 is provided to the leading end of the boss 36. When the insert member 20 and the panel substrate material 32 are fusion-bonded under vibration, the boss 36 is inserted into the through-hole 34 to allow the second reference surface 32 to correspondingly face to the first reference surface 30. By this constitution, the displacement quantity of the second reference surface 32 to the first reference surface 30 can be visually confirmed before and after vibration fusion bonding, and the quality of the fusion bonding degree can be confirmed simply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
