<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor free from peeling of films and excellent in a transfer rate with which a stable image with high picture quality can be obtained for a long period of time, and to provide a method for forming an image by using the photoreceptor. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a layer containing a polycarbonate resin or a polyarylate resin as a binder and a layer containing the binder and polysiloxane formed thereon as the uppermost layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
