<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrophotographic toners, etc., which attain the compatibility of fixability with electrostatic charge characteristics in image forming in a balanced manner and can stably form high-quality images. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toners containing at least one cyclic compound selected from a cyclic oligomer and cyclic polymer which do not substantially have terminal groups. The electrophotographic developer containing at least the electrophotographic toners of the form that the cyclic compounds are ester compounds. The form that the ester components are polycondensates of a dicarboxylic acid compound, diol compound and hydroxycarboxylic acid compound or the like are preferable. The image forming device having at least an electrostatic latent image carrying member, electrostatic latent image forming means for forming an electrostatic latent image on this electrostatic latent image carrying member, developing means for housing the electrophotographic developer and forming a visible image by developing the electrostatic latent image and transfer means for transferring the visible image to a transfer material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
