PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a pump in a device body. SOLUTION: In assembling components of a hot water heater 1, at first, a box body 3 is laid on a working table C with its upper surface part 3c facing downward. Then, a heating pump 41 and a bath pump 51 are mounted on a heater-side temporary mount 42 and a bath-side temporary mount 52 provided on a right side part 3b and a left side part 3a of the box body 3 respectively via rubber cushions 43 and 53. Respective pumps 41 and 51 are fixed to a fixing plate 45 by vibration isolation parts 46 and 56. When the hot water heater 1 assembled in this manner is turned in the other side and suspended to a ceiling B, the dead weights of the respective pumps 41 and 51 are supported to a fixing plate 45 to stabilize the position.
