PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition having excellent flame retardancy without halogen element, and giving effective molding for an electric wire, a car interior, a tape, a film for a construction material and electric parts. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A) and particles (B) obtained by treating the surface of a salt (b') of a basic curing agent and an inorganic acid with a silane coupling agent, where 1 to 200 pts.wt. of the particles (B) is formulated to 100 pts.wt. of the thermoplastic resin (A).
