PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear hair lotion of good usability (light touch) that can quickly correct deformed hair in sleep, standing hair or swelling hair, make hair easy for styling, and keep hair moist as well as has an excellent durability of moisture retention. SOLUTION: This clear hair lotion contains following components (A) and (B): (A) 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% of a polyether compound obtained by addition polymerization of propylene oxide to glycerol and/or polyglycerin; (B) 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% of at least one kind of polyether-modified silicone selected from a polyoxyethylene/methylpolysiloxane copolymer having HLB of 12.0 or more and a poly/oxyethylene/oxypropylene)methylpolysiloxane copolymer.
