PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical volume-reducible paper cup comprising a circular upper opening edge and a circular bottom part which is folded to reduce the volume after use, and prevents any degradation of the compression strength as the paper cup. SOLUTION: In the volume-reducible paper cup comprising a barrel part having a cylindrical barrel part, a top curled part with an upper end side of the barrel part folded, and a folded part with a lower end of the barrel part folded inwardly, and a bottom member having a circular bottom surface part and a bent part with an outer circumferential edge part of the bottom surface part folded, with the bent part held between the barrel part and the folded part and joined with each other at a cup bottom edge part, a pair of longitudinal charts are provided on the line with the section passing through the axis of the paper cup intersected with the barrel part, a pair of diagonal charts are provided in the vicinity of an upper end line of the cup bottom edge part in the barrel part from lower ends of the longitudinal charts downwardly in the diagonal direction, and a horizontal chart is provided in an arc shape over the semi-circumference along the upper end line of the cup bottom edge part on one of the lower ends of the longitudinal charts of the width substantially equivalent to the radius of the bottom surface part.
