PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg shield structure for a scooter type motor bicycle capable of improving easiness for a rider to get on and off the motor bicycle by expanding a foot rest space at a lower part of the leg shield. SOLUTION: In the scooter type motor bicycle having accessories such as a fuel hose 33 and a relay 47 arranged at left and right of a down tube (vehicle body frame) 7 in a space enclosed by the leg shield 10 below a handle, a cross section shape of the leg shield 10 at a rider side rising part 10a has U-shape in which a center part dents against both side parts. Since the cross section shape of the leg shield 10 at the rider side rising part 10a has concave shape in which the center part is recessed against the both side parts, the foot rest space at the lower part of the leg shield 10 can be expanded to improve easiness for a rider to get on and off the motor bicycle while arranging accessories such as the fuel hose 33 and the relay 47 in the space at left and right of the down tube 7 in the space enclosed by the leg shield 10.
