PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device for a carried car easy to manufacture, favorable in productive efficiency and at low cost. SOLUTION: This fastening device 10 is constituted by including a floor plate material 16 on which the carried car is placed and a plurality of holes 14 for fastening passing through in the vertical direction are provided in parallel with proper intervals in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, a rail member 18 of a rod type and mounted near a lower surface of the floor plate material 16 along the plurality of the holes 14 for fastening, a wire 20 arranged on the upper surface side of the floor plate material 16, a pair of guides 22 and 23 to be selectively and respectively inserted into the holes 14 for fastening, free to be engaged with and released from the rail member 18 and to guide the wire 20 by making contact with the wire 20 from above in an engaged state with the rail member 18, a hook 24 to be engaged with the wire 20 between a pair of the guides and free to be engaged with and released from the carried car, and a firmly fastening means 26 free to selectively firmly fasten and loosen the wire 20 and free to hold the firmly fastened state of the wire 20.
