PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat having excellent sitting comfortableness of a child. SOLUTION: A child seat body 6 has a seat part 12 on which an infant sits, a backrest part 14 stood from a rear part of the seat part 12, and an insertion port 16 of a seat belt 4 passing through left sides and right sides of the seat part 12 and the back rest part 14 along the lower surface of the seat part 12 and the rear surface of the backrest part 14. Webbings 10R and 10L for child are drawn to the rear surface of the backrest part 14 through the webbing insertion port 16 and are connected to a fastening webbing 11. The fastening webbing 11 is pulled around along the lower surface of the seat part 12 and the rear surface of the backrest part 14. Since the insertion port 16 of the seat belt 4 is interposed between the lower surface of the seat part 12 and the rear surface of the backrest part 14, and an upper surface of the seat part 12 and a front surface of the backrest part 14, vibration of the webbings 10 for child is hard to be transmitted to the upper surface of the seat part 12 and the front surface of the backrest part 14, even if the webbings 10 slide.
