<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weatherable composition. <P>SOLUTION: The weatherable composition is composed of an upper layer containing a polymer selected from one kind of a cycloaliphatic polyester resin or an aliphatic polyester resin and an additive composition comprising a hindered amine light stabilizer and a low-volatility hydroxyphenyl triazine or pyrimidine UV absorbent, an intermediate layer containing a polymer which is compatible with the polymer contained in the upper layer and an additive composition comprising TiO<SB>2</SB>, a dye, a pigment and a specific effects additive as optional components and a polymeric base material. In addition, the intermediate layer is disposed between the upper layer and the base material in such a way that the former is in close contact with the latter two.
