<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensed water eliminating device for an air conditioner which drains the condensed water outside independently of quantity of the condensed water when the air conditioner is stopped at or over the set temperature or when operating with a forced cooling operation mode, and also to provide a condensed water eliminating method. <P>SOLUTION: This condensed water eliminating device for an air conditioner is constituted of a condensed water reservoir 230 for storing the condensed water generated from inside of the air conditioner 200, a draining part 240 for draining the condensed water stored in the condensed water reservoir 230 to the outside, a measuring part 250 for measuring the time during a stop when the operation of the air conditioner 200 is stopped, and a control unit 210 for operating the draining part 240 to drain the condensed water outside when the air conditioner is stopped longer than for the set time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
