PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental data measuring system, an environmental data processing server, an environmental data measuring apparatus, a cellular phone loaded therewith, a program for controlling the processing server, and a program for controlling the cellular phone, for measuring environmental data about the surroundings of a plurality of cellular phones, transmitting the measured environmental data to the server, with the server performing predetermined processes based on the measured environmental data and reporting the results to system users.
