PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior unit with a suction port for ventilation with excellent appearance design without any increase in the size of an interior unit. SOLUTION: This air conditioner includes a fan 14 for sucking interior air from the suction port 12b and blowing off from a blowoff port, an interior heat exchanger 13 for performing heat exchange between the interior air with a coolant supplied from an exterior unit, a ventilator for sucking the interior air and discharging the same to the outside of the room, and an interior unit control part 15 formed by various electric circuit elements.
