PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera constituted so that the rotation and tilt-drive of a focusing lens, a focusing-drive means and an image pickup element can be integrally controlled. SOLUTION: A lens barrel body 23 incorporating the focusing lens 3 and the focusing-drive means and an image pickup element block 35 incorporating the image pickup element and a shifting mechanism for shifting the image pickup element are fixed as a single body, and the lens barrel body 23 is rotated with a rotating member 24 in theθx direction, and rotated with a rotating member 25 in theθy direction.
