PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly receive wave from wave beacons by suppressing communication error due to interaction of waves in an on-vehicle navigation device. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle navigation device has a wave beacon receiver 16 receiving wave from a wave beacon and a controller 18. A mobile phone 20 and a personal computer 30 are to communicate with communication wave of the Bluetooth method. When a car approaches the wave beacon in a specific distance of front of the wave beacon position, the controller 18 controls the communication of the mobile phone 20 and the personal computer 30 to avoid interaction between the wave from the wave beacon and the communication wave of the Bluetooth method. Thus, communication error due to interaction of waves is suppressed and proper wave reception from the wave beacon is made possible. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
