PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic levitation linear motor train track capable of simplifying position adjusting work in a rail joint to prevent the positional displacement in the case it is used in a magnetic levitation linear motor train system. SOLUTION: A rail 3 includes a mounting section 35 fixed to a sleeper and a body 30 projected from the sleeper. A secondary side conductor of a linear motor is provided to the body 30 and, at the same time, magnetic force of a levitation electromagnet acts on the body. A connecting metal fitting 70 and a connecting plate 90 are installed between both ends of the rail 3. The connecting metal fitting 70 is abutted on the lower surface 35a of the mounting section 35, and it is connected to the end of the rail 3 with a bolt 75 and a nut 80. The connecting metal fitting 70 disenables the displacement in the breadthwise direction of the rail and enables displacement in the longitudinal direction of the rail. The connecting plate 90 is stored in a slit 39 on the side of the body 30, and it is fixed to one side of the rail 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
