PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in the case of printing specified letters on a card using a conveying tray 1 with a printing device capable of printing specified letters on a long plastic plate, if the card holding section 14 of the conveying tray 1 consists of the opening section 11 arranged at a specified position in the conveyance tray 1 and a thin plate 12, which is attached to the opening section 11 pivotally and is rocked downward a discharge position, to discharge a card automatically, the card may cling to the thin plate 12 of the holding section 14 due to static electricity. SOLUTION: At least one notch section 12a is formed in the thin plate 12 near the section 13a where the thin plate 12 is attached to the opening section 11 pivotally. A projection section 11a, which goes into the notch section 12a is provided in the opening section 11 so that the projection section 11a abuts on the card-like printed article due to the rocking motion of the thin plate 12, resulting in the forcible separation of the thin plate 12 from the card-like printed article.
