PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double pipe heat exchanger capable of being properly used as a heat exchanger for corrosive fluid. SOLUTION: In this double-pipe heat exchanger wherein a double pipe for heat exchanging is connected by a curved pipe having a curving angle of 90°or more, a replaceable short pipe part is mounted just at a downstream side of the curved pipe.
