APPARATUS FOR REMOVING IMPURITIES FROM OF ROLL SURFACE AND FOR ALIGNING ROLL

PURPOSE: A roll aligning apparatus capable of removing impurities from a roll surface is provided to improve working efficiency and productivity by automatically aligning a roll through detecting impurities formed on the roll surface. CONSTITUTION: A roll aligning apparatus includes an impurity removing section and a roll aligning section. The impurity removing section has a bed(50) formed with a plurality of rotating wheels(48), a bed driving device for moving the bed(50) in forward or backward direction, a roller supporting part formed at both side ends of the bed(50), and a roll surface treating part for detecting and removing impurities from a roll surface. A pair of rollers(45) are installed at an upper end of a supporting member having a plurality of covers(53,54,55,56). The bed driving device has a joint block(52) and a counting motor(51).
