<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel sterilizing/cleaning method by which the inside surface of a vessel can be sterilized and cleaned efficiently by agitating part of a sterilizing/cleaning fluid to be jetted toward the inside of the vessel and to provide a sterilizing/cleaning jet nozzle which is used in the vessel sterilizing/ cleaning method. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilizing jet nozzle 1 is inserted into a bottle 30 put in an inverted position from the mouth part 31 of the bottle 30. The sterilizing fluid jetted from a first jet nozzle hole 7 formed in the tip part of the nozzle 1 and a second nozzle hole 9 opened below the hole 7 flows down to the part 31 after jetted. Since a part of the sterilizing fluid flowing down to the part 31 is agitated, paddled up and scattered toward the inside surface of the bottle 30 by the sterilizing fluid jetted from the hole 9, the inside of the bottle 30 can be sterilized efficiently. When the cleaning fluid is jetted toward the inside of the sterilized bottle 30 after the sterilization, the inside of the bottle 30 can also be cleaned effectively by the same agitation action. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
