摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking system which can project a projection image to an accurate position without use of any optical component such as a half mirror. <P>SOLUTION: In the operation of projection, a guiding laser beam L2 emitted from a guiding laser beam source 30 disposed at a position deviated from on the optical axis of a printing laser beam L1 is incident on a position of an X galvanomirror 21X which is coincident with a position of the X galvanomirror 21X on which the printing laser beam L1 is incident. CPU corrects coordinate data (x, y) in printing operation, based on an angle differenceθin incident angle between both the laser beams L1, L2, in such a manner that an optical path of the guiding laser beam L2 reflected from the X galvanomirror 21X is coincident with an optical path of the printing laser beam L1 reflected from the X galvanomirror 21X, and the corrected coordinate data (x+α, y) are provided to drive motors 23X, 23Y. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
