<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking of a sheet material and a variation in size when the sheet material is cut by constantly stably pulling out and supplying a sheet material from a towel roll. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet material 11a is pulled out by rotating a roller 21 while pinching the sheet material 11a by a roller 21 provided with a plurality of rings 21a on the periphery and a pressing member 23 urged downward by a spring 23b. A metal abutting member 232 is removably attached to the underside of the pressing member 23 facing the upper ends of the rings 21a. The sheet material 11a slides, contacting mainly the abutting member 232. When the abutting member 232 is worn by friction, it can be easily replaced.
