PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impervious sheet easy to be laid on a depression of a waste disposal site or the like. SOLUTION: The impervious sheet 1 has a nearly rectangular film substrate 11 having water barrier performance disposed in such a way that one end is fixed by a fixing member 4 at the outside of a bank 21 as the edge of a depression surface and that the other end opposite to the one end is situated on the depression surface. The film substrate 11 of the impervious sheet 1 is formed in such a way that the part laid at the outside of the edge of the depression has flexibility. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
