PURPOSE: An air flux variable charge motion device is provided to achieve improved combustion efficiency and reduce exhaust gas, while improving engine torque in a specific area. CONSTITUTION: An intake manifold(1) comprises a control unit(2) arranged at a side surface of the intake manifold having a plurality of ports(1a to 1n) communicated to each combustion chamber. The control unit operates in accordance with the engine operating condition, and controls the flux of the fuel-air mixture flowing into each combustion chamber. The control unit includes a driving member(3) for generating rotating force in accordance with the control signal transmitted from an ECU; and an operating member(4) for receiving rotating force from the driving member and controlling the degree of opening of each port. The operating member includes a driving gear coupled to the shaft of the driving member, and a slave gear having a helical gear to be engaged with the gear of the driving gear.
