APPARATUS FOR OSCILLATING MOLD OF CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for oscillating mold of continuous casting machine is provided to extend life cycle of the mold by installing barrel shaped roller cohesively rotated between fixed frame and oscillation frame and prevent safety accident due to inclination of the mold by preventing the mold from being lopsided. CONSTITUTION: In a continuous casting machine oscillating apparatus for oscillating mold installed at continuous casting machine, the apparatus comprises a hydraulic cylinder(10) installed to oscillate the mold; an oscillation frame(12) connected to the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder; a fixed frame(14) installed at both sides of the oscillation frame so that the oscillation frame is not slanted; base plates installed at a side oppositely directed to the oscillation frame and fixed frame respectively; and a barrel shaped roller installed between the base plates.
