PURPOSE: A grease cover for a vehicle is provided to cut down manufacturing cost by making the grease cover of flexible and corrosion resisting PVC(polyvinyl chloride) through injection molding, to increase the productivity by simplifying process at low failure rate, and to extend the life span of the grease cover by restricting leakage with assembling firmly. CONSTITUTION: A grease cover is formed of a multistage bellows tube, and composed of an assembling part(4) and a body part(2) including a press protrusion(6) in the inner periphery of the assembling part. The body part is manufactured by melting polyvinyl chloride particles with an electric heater and injection-molding. An annular rib piece(8) is protruded in the inner periphery of the assembling part. Cost is reduced by manufacturing the flexible and corrosion resisting polyvinyl chloride grease cover through injection-molding. The productivity is increased, and the failure rate is minimized by simplifying the manufacturing process. Leak of grease is prevented, and the life span of the grease cover is extended by mounting the grease cover firmly.
