PURPOSE: An eye make-up cosmetic composition containing a high-branched olefin polymer, behenin or behenin derivatives, and polysaccharide is provided. Therefore, the composition is not irritative to the skin and eyes, minimized in aging and improved in stability, coloring properties and long-lasting effect without agglomeration or greasiness. CONSTITUTION: An eye make-up cosmetic composition comprises 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of a high-branched olefin polymer, below 1.0% by weight of behenin or a behenin derivative and 0.1 to 5.0% by weight of polysaccharide. The olefin polymer has a molecular weight of 2,000 to 4,000, a melting point of 68 to 75deg.C and a polymerization degree of 10 to 20. The behenin or behenin derivative has a melting point of 69 to 74deg.C and a glyceryl monomer content of 1.0% by weight or less and is selected from glyceryl dibehenate, glyceryl behenate and tribehenin. The eye make-up cosmetic composition is any one of an emulsion mascara composition, a dispersion mascara composition, a dispersion eyeliner and a dispersion eye shadow.
