PURPOSE: A device for removing scale from a billet is provided to control the injecting position of a shot ball according to the size of the section of the billet having a large section relatively. CONSTITUTION: A distribution case lifting unit is installed at a feeding pipe(4), and lifts a distribution case. An injection case lifting unit lifts the distribution case and an injection case covering the distribution case. A fixing case is installed between the distribution case and the injection case, and covers the distribution case. A through hole is formed at one side of the fixing case corresponding to an injection port in the injection case. An impeller is fixed on the outside of the fixing case.
