PURPOSE: A cap structure of a Kimchi vessel is provided to minimize the discharge of the smell of Kimchi when the user opens a cap of the Kimchi vessel and to extend the storage period of Kimchi contained in the vessel. CONSTITUTION: In a Kimchi vessel having a container and a cap(10) separably connected to the upper end of the container, the cap is formed at a certain portion with a gas discharge hole(18) penetrating therethrough, and a deodorant(14) attached at the inner portion of the cap adjacent to the gas discharge hole. The deodorant is made of a material selected from among active carbon catalyst or inorganic matter.
