APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING PASS LINE WITHOUT MAKING CONTACT WITH KNIFE

PURPOSE: A non-contact type pass line adjusting apparatus is provided to permanently use a pass line by properly maintaining the pass line regardless of a size of a knife. CONSTITUTION: A non-contact type pass line adjusting apparatus includes a rubber ring section(100) having a special ring fixed to a knife in order to support a strip. A body section(200) is provided to fixedly support the rubber ring section(100) in order to horizontally maintain the rubber ring section(100) after the knife is exchanged. A slider section(300) slidably moves when the knife is exchanged. The rubber ring section(100) has a rubber ring for supporting the strip, a bearing and a spindle shaft, which are inserted into the rubber ring, and a key for fixing the bearing and the spindle shaft. The body section(200) has a shaft housing formed with a key hole having a chock shape. Two pairs of LM shafts are fixed to a lower portion of a chock.
