PURPOSE: A method for exterminating harmful insects living in wood buildings is provided to simplify the whole process thereof with relatively inexpensive costs. CONSTITUTION: The method for exterminating harmful insects living in wood buildings comprises a first step(S1) of analyzing the damage degree of a corresponding wood structure due to the harmful insects and inspecting the present inhabitation region of the structure, a second step(S2) of forming distribution holes at the inhabitation region of the structure in an irregular pattern, a third step(S3) of injecting a certain chemical(11) into the distribution holes so that the chemical is impregnated in the inhabitation region of the harmful insects, and a fourth step(S4) of closing the mouths of the distribution holes with plugs(12), respectively, in order to improve the appearance of the structure.
