PURPOSE: An apparatus for maintaining the horizon of rotation gun is provided to continuously maintain the horizontal state of the rotation gun rotated from lower part to upper part of blast furnace so that the rotation gun is perpendicularly formed to the furnace wall to increase adhering property of refractories during spraying of the refractories. CONSTITUTION: In an ordinary furnace wall repairing apparatus comprising triangular member; and hoist comprising driving motor(46) and speed reducer(41), ascending and descending rope coiling drum(44) and left and right side supports(45) to ascend and descend rotation gun by hoisting up and down wire ropes, the apparatus for maintaining the horizon of the rotation gun for furnace wall spraying comprises a fixing member(75) comprising contact roller(72), side rollers(73,74) and encoder(71) to one side of which the contact roller(72) is integrally connected; a rotation shaft(80) to an end part of one side of which rod shaped fixing members(81) penetrating the fixing member(75) are connected, and an end part of the other side of which is rotationally fixed to the both side supports(45) to fix the fixing member(75) to the both side supports(45) as giving tension to the ascending and descending wire ropes; and a control box which is connected to terminal(70) for converting rotation amount of the encoder(71) into distance to indicate coiling distance values of the respective ascending and descending wire ropes and inform of the deviation if deviation of a certain standard value or more is generated between the respective coiling distance values, and which is formed in such a way that the control box operates ascent and descent of the rotation gun and removes the deviation by controlling the driving motor(46).
