摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling stock level according to center charging of coke into blast furnace is provided to prevent rapid level drop inside the furnace and prevent facility accident and reduction of blowing air volume by varying stock level control correspondingly to center charging mode during level controlling in the furnace. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes input parts (A1,A5,A6) for detecting stock level detection signal, center charging receiving signal and center charging completion signal of sounding leveler and weight detection signal of relay tank for coke; first to third setting parts (A2,A7,A10) for setting stock level control value during normal charging, coke charging amount during center charging and stock level control value during center charging; first comparison part (A3) for determining whether actually measured levels are lower than a set level or not by comparing stock level measured values inputted into the input parts with first set value that is the stock level control value during normal charging; second comparison part (A8) for judging whether center charging is received into charging hopper or not by comparing coke weight value set in the second setting part (A7) with coke weight of relay tank hopper; third comparison part (A11) judging whether the stock level is lower than the control level or not by comparing stock level control value during center charging set in the third setting part (A10) with actually measured stock level values impressed to the input parts; an output part (A4) for outputting low level signal when it is judged that measured levels from the first or third comparison part are lower than the set level; and an output control part (A9) for impressing output of the first comparison part (A3) to the output part (A4) in case of during normal charging mode according to input signals of the input parts and second comparison part (A8), and impressing comparison results of the third comparison part (A11) to the output part (A4) in case of during center charging mode.
