<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable everybody to enjoy a game in a convenient environment while maintaining the amusement of the game. <P>SOLUTION: A contents server (game software management/operation) 50 on a network 40 is accessed by a terminal 30 such as a personal computer (PC) and the environment similar to a real amusement place (such as a Pachinko hall) is realized. An IC card (electronic money, point card and ID card functions) 10 is inserted to a card reader/writer 20 connected to the PC to thus realize access admission, payment of game charge by the electronic money, the addition of points in the case of winning the special prize, or the like and the subtraction of points in the case of not winning the special prize.
