摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subject hard rice singly giving boiled rice having insufficient viscosity and hardening resistance to a proper blending treatment to provide the blended rice which absorbs water in an larger amount than that of the original rice, when boiled, and gives boiled blended rice having more excellent physical properties, hardening resistance, and the like than those of the original rice. <P>SOLUTION: This blended rice comprises hard rice [Tsukushi Wase] and 25 to 50 wt.% of low amylose rice [Milky Queen].
