<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking out the fixed quantity of a Chinese food material in view of the fact that an operation of filling an egg roll material comprises pushing the material into the weighing hole of a given quantity set on the bottom of a material container to bring it to mass and individually taking out the mass, but the density of the egg roll material to be put into the weighing hole is not stable and it is difficult to keep a weighing accuracy high. <P>SOLUTION: This device for taking out the fixed quantity of the Chinese food material is provided with a slider with a weighing hole is set so as to be freely slidable on an almost circular bottom of the material container to put the Chinese food material in, and a rotating spatula plate and a wrapping roller set each moving along the top side of the slider are each set above the slider. The wrapping roller set is composed of a grooved roller to transport the Chinese food material towards the center of the weighing hole and a scraping roller placed side by side with the grooved roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
