<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an yeast highly containing vitamins, capable of satisfying the necessary amounts of vitamins for one day with a small ingesting amount. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the yeast is characterized by adding ≥2 kinds selected from vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid and niacin in a medium by ≥0.02 wt.%, and culturing they yeast.
