<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization method of organic waste which enables reliable carbonization of organic waste even with a low quantity of energy. <P>SOLUTION: This carbonization method of organic waste features that the organic waste is supplied to a drier 1, a moisture content in the organic waste is reduced by heating by means of high temperature gas, thereafter, the organic waste is supplied to a carbonization furnace 2, the organic waste is carbonized under a high temperature environment, the carbonized matter is excluded from the carbonization furnace 2, on the other hand, gas generated in the carbonization furnace 2 is burned in a re-combustion furnace 3 and the combustion gas is supplied to the drier 1 as the high temperature gas. Therein, in the drier, the organic waste is supplied to the carbonization furnace after the moisture included therein is lowered, therefore, the inside of the carbonization furnace is heated up to the high temperature environment with a low consumption of fuel, the energy-saving is brought about, moreover, the inside of the carbonization furnace is kept in an excellent oxygen deficiency state and the organic waste can be reliably carbonized without accidentally ashing the organic waste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
