<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device 10 for a prepreg sheet material 100, which can surely perform a resin impregnation even when a thermoplastic resin of a high resin viscosity is used. <P>SOLUTION: An upper block section 12 and a lower block section 14 are arranged on the top and the bottom of a carrying path. Then, an upper cushioning section 20, an upper pressing section 24, a lower pressing section 26 and a lower cushioning section 22 are arranged between the upper block section 12 and the lower block section 14. A material 112 to be molded is made to intermittently run between the upper and lower pressing sections 24 and 26, and while the material 112 to be molded stops, the material 112 to be molded is heated and pressed by the upper and lower block sections 12 and 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
