PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable desk whose top plate can be folded in parallel with the legs, a plurality of which can be stored in a small space and are folded and arranged, and which has a simple structure and can be easily assembled to make carrying and storing easier. SOLUTION: A connection mechanisms 11, 12 are comprised of fixing support parts 11A, 12A and rotary arms 11B, 12B which are swung and rotated between an almost orthogonally crossing state and another almost orthogonally crossing condition respectively on the fixing support parts 11A, 12A. The connection mechanism parts 11, 12 are at least placed in right and left of the desk and the fixing support parts 11A, 12A of the connection mechanisms 11, 12 are connected by a lateral bridge member 9.
