PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer of an empty vessel such as a PET bottle for easily washing and drying the empty vessel efficiently. SOLUTION: This washer (1) is provided with a nozzle (13) for jetting washing water and a swerve preventing member (15) for preventing an opening (18) of the empty vessel (2) such as the empty PET bottle and an empty can from being pulled out from the nozzle (13) owing to the water pressure of the washing water to be jetted from the nozzle (13) toward the inside of the vessel (2) in such a state that the opening (18) is coupled with the nozzle (13).
