PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two phase fluid contact treatment apparatus and method by which a solvent and a solute are smoothly sucked, mixed and brought into contact with each other even when the mixing ratio of solute to the solvent is increased. SOLUTION: The two phase fluid contact treatment apparatus 11 is provided with a casing 25, a solvent introducing part 23, solute introducing parts 38, 34b, 37, impellers 31, 32, a circular mixing chamber 39 and a discharge pipe 24. The impellers 31 and 32 are composed of a solvent introducing impeller 31 and a solute introducing and pressurizing impeller 32 and are arranged in series. A primary compression chamber 40 is provided along the side surface of the solvent introducing impeller 31 in the solute introducing and pressurizing impeller 32 side from the outer circumferential part of the solvent introducing impeller 31 and a through hole 19 is provided at a center side part of the solute introducing and pressurizing impeller 32.
