PURPOSE: A method for roaming a WHTU(Wireless Handset Telephone Unit) phone between keyphone systems is provided to directly connect a call to a system where a current user is included, if the user does not use the WHTU phone when the call is received in a keyphone system, thereby enabling the user to receive the call even moving to other place. CONSTITUTION: If a call is made in an extension phone(S101) and an absent message is displayed on the extension phone(S102), a keyphone system1 retrieves a re-connection destination table(S103), and connects the call to a WHTU phone(S104). The keyphone system1 confirms whether the WHTU phone is registered in the keyphone system1(S105). If not, the keyphone system1 retrieves a prestored DID(Direct Inward Dialing) re-connection table(S106), and connects the call with a stored speed number(S107). A keyphone system2 is connected by the call of the WHTU phone(S108). The call is made(S109).
