摘要 PURPOSE: A falling film enhanced tube and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat and material transfer performance on an inside and an outside of the heat transfer pipe. CONSTITUTION: Bellows(40) are formed on an inside and an outside of a heat transfer pipe(100), and fins(50) are integrally formed on the outside of the heat transfer pipe along the bellows to increase heat transfer area of the inside and the outside of the heat transfer pipe so as to improve heat exchange performance between refrigerant and cold water. The bellows are spirally formed in axial direction to promote turbulence of flowing cold water. Pitch of the bellows is 12mm-14mm, and depth is 0.35mm-0.45mm. The fins are formed to increase heat transfer area, and to improve heat exchange performance between refrigerant contacting with the outside of the heat transfer pipe to form water trickle liquid film and cold water flowing in the heat transfer pipe. Pinch of the fins is 0.4mm-0.5mm, depth is 0.01mm-0.1mm, and angle is 70 deg.-75deg. to the axial direction. The heat transfer pipe is formed with copper alloy, and processed by rolling to form the bellows and the fins.
