摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing and treating tar accumulated on the pipe arrangement of annealing furnace is provided to effectively treat tar dust generated when treating various harmful substances contained in coke oven gas used as a heat source in the process of annealing treating cold rolled strip. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing and treating tar accumulated on the pipe arrangement of annealing furnace comprises a tar removal part(40) comprising air ejection head(1) inserted into tar discharge pipe(23) and annealing furnace pipe(20) penetrating the collection tank(3) with being connected to flexible air hose(5), hose drum(25) rotated by driving motor(24) to wind or unwind the flexible air hose(5), and air compressor(6) installed at one side part of the hose drum(25) to supply compressed air to the flexible air hose(5); a tar collection part(50) comprising venturi pipe(18) penetratingly connected to tar discharge pipe(23) for discharging tar discharged from the tar removal part(40), first collection tank(2c) fixed by the tar discharge pipe(23) as housing the venturi pipe(18), second collection tank(2b) fixed by the tar discharge pipe(23) as housing the first collection tank(2c), outer collection tank for housing the second collection tank(2b), and water supply line(4) for supplying water from the venturi pipe(18); and a tar separating and collecting part(60) comprising upwardly curved suction pipe(14) for sucking in the aqueous solution from mixing pipe(29) for introducing tar aqueous solution collected into the tar collection part(50), transfer pipe(11) adjacently installed to the upwardly curved suction pipe(14) to transfer the aqueous solution to the upside, downwardly curved ejection pipe(10) penetratingly connected to the upper part of the transfer pipe(11), and collection tank(3) in which independent space parts(3a-3e) are separated by partitions(13) so that the above pipe facilities are independently installed in the independent space parts(3a-3e).
